Curdled Like Cheese

It is only appropriate to begin as follows;

Hey Yall!

With a many new changes arriving in the life of Hannah and Myself, we feel there is great importance in keeping past relationships alive and maturing. There are many of you who have played roles in the people/couple we have become. And there will be many of you who will continue to invest in our marriage as it matures.

Thank you.

The idea of this blog is to update. The Lord has great things in-store for us, we believe. And we want to draw you along side of us in prayer, support, and encouragement through these next few years of our life. I can not guarantee you this blog will continue until then. But we will continue, if the Lord wills, to update you with joys, sorrows, and praises. Some postings will be from Hannah, and others from myself. We do not want you to miss great things happening in our lives, and at the same time, we do not want to miss the things in the lives of our friends. So share with us, as we share with you.

As His providence and faithfulness rules over our lives every single day, it feels that these same attributes are most prominent with our current situation. Things are new for us. Very new. And it is His faithfulness that is sustaining us. So I leave you with these verses. A constant reminder of who we are, and who God is, in all his Power and Sovereignty.

Your hands fashioned and made me,
and now you have destroyed me all together.

Remember that you have made me like clay;
and will you return me to the dust.

Did you not pour me out like milk,
and curdle me like cheese?

You clothed me with skin and flesh,
and knit me together with bones and sinews.

You have granted me life and steadfast love,
and your care has preserved my spirit.
Job 10:8-12

In His Hands,
Scott and Hannah

  1. Do you realize that my first blog post was also about cheese? It's a sign...or something.
